About the Role
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll bridge technical know‑how and seamless project delivery on some of Ontario’s most significant infrastructure programs. This site‑based position requires hands‑on experience in road and bridge construction and offers invaluable exposure to contract administration and project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate administrative and operational aspects of construction projects to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and maintain project schedules, progress‑tracking systems and payment‑verification records
• Monitor milestones and ensure on‑time delivery of submittals and reports to clients
• Support quality‑control initiatives, verifying all work meets standards and specifications
• Represent our client in stakeholder meetings and foster strong relationships to drive success
• Prepare contracts and assist in negotiating revisions, changes and additions
• Collaborate with field staff and senior management to resolve issues and optimize outcomes
Qualifications
• University degree or college diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Experience in engineering/construction inspection and project coordination
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to a insured vehicle
