As a Plumber - Residential and Commercial, you play a vital role in the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
• Install, repair and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems effectively.
• Ensure compliance of installations with local standards and building codes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on different types of equipment.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Respond effectively to service calls.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and explain the work to be done.
• Provide advice on preventative maintenance.
• Participate in new construction and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with other professionals on site.
• Select and order materials needed for projects.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Other related tasks.
Requirements
• Recognized studies in plumbing.
• Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.).
• Have your gas appliance technician cards, an asset.
• Previous experience in residential and commercial plumbing, an asset.
• Knowledge of building codes and plumbing standards.
• Resourceful, dynamic, meticulous and committed to customer satisfaction.
