Job Description

Our client is seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join their growing concrete construction team. You’ll support a variety of projects—foundations, slabs, parking garages, high‑rise bases, retaining walls and more—working alongside form setters, carpenters, finishers and other trades professionals across Southern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Prepare and clean up job sites
  •  Load, unload and transport construction materials
  •  Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, ramps, shoring and barricades
  •  Mix, pour and spread concrete and related materials
  •  Assist form setters, carpenters, cement finishers, pre‑cast installers and bricklayers
  •  Support demolition activities and debris removal
  •  Operate power tools and equipment as directed


Qualifications
  •  1+ year of concrete construction or general labour experience (preferred)
  •  Strong work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude
  •  Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lb safely
  •  Excellent attendance and punctuality
  •  Willingness to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team
