Description
The Plumbing Superintendent supervises and coordinates activities related to plumbing on construction sites. He is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the resources necessary to complete plumbing projects on time and meeting quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Provide effective leadership on construction sites, including planning labor needs and schedules with project managers.
• Manage human, material and financial resources assigned to plumbing projects.
• Support direct reports in their efforts to achieve the objectives of

• Effectively lead the plumbing team and approve timesheets for its resources.
• Develop good relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor and communicate issues related to safety and feasibility of work.
• Study specialized plans and participate in start-up, site monitoring and post-mortem meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades on the site to ensure coordination of the work.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets allocated to plumbing projects.
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure the compliance of installations.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
Requirements
• Significant experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in the plumbing field.
• Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft applications.
• Experience in managing teams and direct reports.
