Description
The Traffic Sign Installer is responsible for installing road signs and other safety devices on the roads. It plays a crucial role in the safety of workers and the public by ensuring work areas are properly marked and safe.
Responsibilities
• Install and dismantle signaling equipment on road construction sites.
• Prepare equipment and materials for installations.
• Ensure the safety of citizens, workers and teammates.
• Load and unload signaling equipment.
• Install panels, barrels and other equipment according to plans.
• Move boom trailers and other safety equipment.
Requirements
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Available to work full time on a variable schedule, day, evening and night, as needed.
• Be in good physical shape to provide continuous effort.
• Be comfortable working in varied weather conditions
• Sense of organization and responsibility.
• Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness.
• Constant concern for health and safety at work for oneself and others.
