Description
The Mechanical Revit Designer plays an essential role in the design and modeling of building mechanical systems using Revit software. Working within a company specializing in multi-residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects in Quebec, this professional contributes to the creation of precise and detailed technical plans to ensure the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and heating systems. air conditioning (HVAC), as well as plumbing systems and other mechanical installations.
Responsibilities
• Use Revit software to create and modify 3D models of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, gas, and other facilities.

Requirements
• Degree in building design, industrial design, mechanical engineering, building mechanics, architecture or a related field.
• Experience using Revit software, preferably in the field of building mechanics, Autocad and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fundamental principles of building mechanical design, including HVAC and plumbing systems, an asset.
• Mastery of building standards and codes applicable.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly and precisely.
• Strong sense of organization, precision and time management to meet project deadlines.
