Description
As a Project Manager in Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive architectural projects spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Working closely with the design team, clients, and stakeholders, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects from initial concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
• Supervise the entire project life cycle, from design phase to delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress in line with established schedules.
Architectural Design:
• Contribute to architectural design by developing detailed plans, models, and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Foster creativity and collaboration within the team.
Client Communication:
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Present concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively.
Budget Management:
• Develop project budgets and ensure effective financial resource management.
Timeliness and Standards:

Qualifications
• Degree in architecture, or related training.
• Experience in architectural project management, asset.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations and building codes.
