Experience in project coordination and estimating within the construction industry; strong grasp of supplier‑relationship dynamics; in‑depth knowledge of relevant product lines; excellent communication, problem‑solving and negotiation skills; self‑reliant, well‑organized and adept at prioritizing tasks; proactive team player who adapts quickly to changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for contractors and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver the right products at the right time and place; review project requirements, scope and objectives and liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient and profitable execution; manage all aspects of purchase orders—documentation, communication, fulfillment and invoicing; monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate when necessary while following up with customers to guarantee timely delivery; negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to balance customer needs and margin targets; build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service; keep technical knowledge up‑to‑date and stay informed of industry developments to continuously improve business skills.
