Description
The Mechanical Engineer - HVAC Systems Specialist has the mandate to act as a technical expert, in collaboration with the sales and engineering team. Your role consists of designing and analyzing systems as well as participating in improving the performance of products in the field of industrial air filtration systems.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the design of air filtration systems and the design of new products.
• Validate the operation and performance of the equipment.
• Participate in the drafting of technical documents (environmental permits, manuals, analysis procedures, etc.).
• Support the engineering department and act as a technical reference for all questions relating to the systems.
• Participate in the design of air filtration and residual transport systems.
• Maintain business relationships with customers, suppliers and partners with the aim of promoting synergy and the transfer of information.
• Participate in various continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
• Degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant training in the design of air filtration systems.
• Experience in a similar position, an asset.
• Very good communication skills, both internally and with customers or suppliers.
• Expertise in reading plans and skilled with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
